Diabetes Care reports a study of closed loop (AP but I think I like the term closed loop better because an actual pancreas does more.) This study shows kids do better, particularly over night. Closed-loop insulin delivery decreases the severity of overnight hyperglycemia without increasing the incidence of hypoglycemia.
